Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping wires, bending conduit, and terminating cables.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical components to ensure compliance with safety codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely.
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics under direct supervision.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites efficiently and safely.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred, but we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating electrical loads.
- Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work well within a team environment.
