Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, terminating circuits, and mounting outlets.
- Use hand and power tools correctly and safely under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with the foreman and team members on the job site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of math and measurements.
