Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict adherence to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and necessary electrical tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with safety protocols and reporting hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety.
