Your Mission
As a valued member of our team, you will assist senior technicians with a variety of residential and commercial electrical projects. We value safety, punctuality, and a strong work ethic above all else.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Project Preparation: Prepare job sites, organize tools and materials, and ensure a clean and safe workspace.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Testing & Inspection: Assist in testing circuits and systems to ensure they meet local and national safety codes.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to explain project status and answer basic questions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Driver's License: A valid, clean driver's license is necessary for travel to job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic arithmetic and measurements.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and a strong desire to enter the electrical trade.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
