Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality electrical installations and repairs for residential and commercial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and local Virginia building codes.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable working in various environments (confined spaces, heights).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain necessary state electrical licenses and certifications.
- Basic math skills and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
