Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical installations, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan and execute electrical work.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime and optimal facility performance.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
