Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under supervision.
- Learn Trade Skills: Gain hands-on experience in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installation.
- Ensure Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Read Plans: Learn to interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by gathering materials and tools as directed by the foreman.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (apprenticeship programs welcome).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for a teachable attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Soft Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
