Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installation layouts.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to determine the appropriate repair strategy.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and OSHA safety standards.
- Assist senior electricians with complex projects and provide support to junior team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding project timelines and requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements accurately.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to obtain necessary licensure and certifications through our sponsored training programs.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
