Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople on job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in rough-in and finish wiring for residential and commercial projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Apprenticeship or trade school certificate preferred for entry-level candidates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites in the Houston area.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
