Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior team members with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Material Preparation: Organize and prepare work areas, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are ready for the night shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Wiring & Connections: Help with pulling wire, making connections, and mounting outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Circuit Testing: Assist in testing circuits and electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing updates on progress and maintaining a clean work site.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
- High School Diploma: General education or equivalent required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
