This is a No Experience Required position designed for those looking to launch a successful career in the electrical trade. As a night shift apprentice, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience while working alongside our team of master electricians.

Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by laying out materials and tools before the shift begins.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks on site.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Document daily activities and material usage accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of math and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environments.
- Strong willingness to learn safety protocols and follow instructions.
- No prior experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
