Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping wire, connecting outlets, and mounting fixtures.
- Respond to emergency service calls during the night shift as directed by the shift supervisor.
- Document work completed and report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for eager learners ready to start a trade career.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
