We understand that you might not have years of experience under your belt yet. That’s why we prioritize attitude and work ethic over past certifications. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn the trade, earn a living, and build a future in electrical work.
As part of our growing team, you will receive hands-on training from master electricians, ensuring you master the skills needed to become a certified Journeyman Electrician.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and follow electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Transport materials and tools to job sites and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, mounting outlets, and installing lighting fixtures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and on-site protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
