Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Learn and adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Read blueprints and technical schematics under supervision
- Prepare job sites, materials, and equipment for daily operations
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Document work activities and maintain project cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends on project deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
