Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Prepare job sites by gathering materials, tools, and equipment.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Perform basic wiring, terminal connections, and conduit bending under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Technical trade school courses a plus).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading measurements.
- Must have a strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
