Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, terminating connections, and mounting outlets and switches.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper care of tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and willingness to learn over previous history.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in the electrical trade.
