Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and NEC compliance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites across PA/NC
- Pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided if needed)
