Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in residential and commercial installations
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Follow OSHA and NFPA safety protocols rigorously
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit testing
- Document work activities and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Basic math and blueprint reading aptitude
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to submit to background checks
- Commitment to 40-hour workweeks and overtime
