Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sites
- Install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting using multimeters and other tools
- Maintain organized workspaces and report project progress
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Basic math and communication skills
- No prior electrical experience necessary – we provide all training
