Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide the training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
- Strong desire to learn a trade and grow a long-term career.
