Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Identify electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components per safety standards
- Perform system testing and quality assurance checks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
- Follow all OSHA and NFPA electrical safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift 50+ lbs
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
