Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation of wiring, fixtures, and electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and NEC regulations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and tool inventory
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
- Participate in weekly skills training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to commit to 2-year apprenticeship program
