Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including pulling wire and terminating outlets.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with local codes.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as needed.
- Study for and pass required state licensing exams with our support.
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâattitude and work ethic matter more!
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid California Driverâs License and clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
