Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsSafely operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Install wiring, fixtures, and electrical components per code requirements
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to pursue state electrical certification
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
