Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in residential and commercial electrical installations
- Learn and adhere to strict safety protocols and NEC compliance standards
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and equipment installation under supervision
- Participate in troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete technical training modules and certification requirements
- Document work progress and maintain project records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Omaha metro
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
