Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping, terminating conductors, and connecting devices.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Keep accurate daily logs of work performed and materials used.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all installations meet local and national code requirements.
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full training and mentorship for the right candidate.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (addition, subtraction, fractions).
- Strong willingness to learn and a team-oriented mindset.
