Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, outlet and switch installations under supervision.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with OSHA and local electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Operate power tools, testers, and electrical testing equipment safely.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide the training, you bring the drive.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
