Your Responsibilities:
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate circuits according to blueprints and local codes.
- Perform basic electrical calculations, measurements, and load balancing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment under supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; willingness to learn is mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. A strong interest in the electrical trade is essential.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided for DC/Georgia travel).
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.
