Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under professional supervision.
- Learn Blueprint Reading: Study and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Tool Management: Properly handle, maintain, and organize all electrical tools and equipment used on-site.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and securing materials before the workday begins.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service to clients by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor on-site.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: This is a Trainee/Entry-Level position. We train the right candidates from the ground up.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to travel to various job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortability with basic arithmetic for measuring and calculating electrical loads.
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent GED certification.
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from senior staff members.
