Responsibilities
- Assist journeymen electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of electrical components using digital multimeters and other diagnostic tools.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and organize the job site.
- Prepare work areas, dig trenches for conduit, and perform basic site cleanup after job completion.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is more important.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- No prior experience required; we provide the training.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
