Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing meters safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required; we are looking for the right attitude and work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available).
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to travel within the Ohio and Illinois service areas as required.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
