Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and transport to job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment under direct supervision.
- Help with basic troubleshooting and testing of electrical circuits and wiring.
- Prepare work areas by protecting surfaces and laying out necessary materials.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we are looking for the right attitude and work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading comprehension and math skills for interpreting blueprints and measurements.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
