Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior technicians with daily installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Material Preparation: Gather, organize, and transport tools and materials to job sites efficiently.
- Wiring & Installation: Learn to install conduits, wires, outlets, and lighting fixtures according to local codes.
- Blueprint Reading: Develop the ability to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally to explain work being performed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: None required. We are looking for beginners with a willingness to learn.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
