Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Provide hands-on support during residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
- Material Handling: Help load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols (OSHA) are followed.
- Blueprint Reading: Begin learning to interpret basic electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Testing & Inspection: Assist in testing circuits and electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Tool Management: Keep personal and shared tools in good working condition.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for raw talent and a willingness to learn.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and measurements.
- Communication: Strong ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
