Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including stripping wire, terminating connections, mounting fixtures, and replacing outlets.
- Ensure all job sites adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tool organization and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure project success.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating electrical loads.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
