Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Load and unload electrical materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks safely.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Perform routine maintenance on power tools and test equipment.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Help troubleshoot minor electrical issues and complete simple wiring tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (equivalency accepted).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- A strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
