Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company quality control standards on every job site.
- Prepare job sites by organizing materials, cleaning work areas, and setting up temporary power.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical faults with guidance from senior staff.
- Document work completed and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate from the ground up.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurement.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (required for job site travel).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive, professional attitude.
