Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Test electrical systems to ensure they function properly and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including organizing tools and materials.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior experience required; we provide the training.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
