Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools, materials, and blueprints.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams under supervision.
- Ensure all job sites adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company standards.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as wire pulling, fixture mounting, and outlet replacement.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and calculating materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- No prior electrical experience required; training will be provided.
