Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support master electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, lighting, and power distribution.
- Study Blueprints & Schematics: Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Perform Basic Installations: Help with the installation of outlets, switches, fixtures, and circuit breakers according to local codes.
- Ensure Site Safety: Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Tool Management: Organize and maintain tools and materials, ensuring they are ready for daily tasks.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional service to clients and communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: A strong willingness to learn and a 'can-do' attitude are the top requirements.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortability with basic arithmetic for measurements and calculations.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions precisely.
