As an apprentice, you will work alongside our senior technicians, gaining hands-on skills in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics under supervision.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and mounting outlets and switches.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including toolboxes and job sites.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting materials (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for candidates eager to learn the trade.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical labor.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrician Apprentice license as required by the state of Arizona.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
