Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and gathering necessary tools and materials.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, connecting terminals, and mounting fixtures under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and stock the job trailer efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and job site supervisors.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and obtain required certifications (Journeyman license training provided).
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
