Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
- Prepare materials and tools for daily tasks, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Participate in ongoing safety training and adhere to all OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of math and geometry.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to obtain required state apprenticeship certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
