As an entry-level Electrician, you will work under the supervision of certified Master Electricians to gain hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. We offer a clear pathway to Journeyman certification and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Perform routine site inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA and local building codes.
- Prepare and organize job sites, including hauling materials, digging trenches, and setting up temporary power.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks as directed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Document work completed and report any material shortages or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to obtain required apprenticeship certifications and safety training.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety protocols.
