Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and local safety codes.
- Operate and maintain a variety of electrical tools and equipment.
- Transport materials, tools, and supplies to and from job sites.
- Perform basic wiring tasks under supervision to gain hands-on experience.
- Communicate effectively with the crew and report daily progress to supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide paid training for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different job sites.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to professional growth in the electrical industry.
