Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections of wiring and equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Handle and transport electrical materials and tools safely and efficiently.
- Support the team in pulling wire, fastening conduit, and mounting fixtures.
- Document work completed accurately and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements are essential.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, work in various weather conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide the training.
