Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of electrical components to diagnose faults.
- Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Document work completed and report any safety hazards or material shortages to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term career in the electrical field.
