Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by laying out materials, tools, and equipment according to blueprints.
- Transport and organize materials and tools to and from various job locations.
- Perform basic wiring tasks and connections under the direct supervision of licensed professionals.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Assist in pulling wire, mounting fixtures, and testing circuits.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and comprehend basic instructions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to learn a skilled trade.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
