Responsibilities
- Learn from the Best: Assist master electricians with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Tool Management: Maintain, organize, and learn the proper use of all electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols on every job site.
- Site Prep: Help prepare job sites by running conduit, pulling wire, and ensuring clean work areas.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, answering questions and providing updates on project status.
- Blueprint Reading: Study and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for attitude and willingness to learn, not a history of electrical work.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and measurements.
