Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and terminating cables.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and tool storage.
- Travel to various job sites throughout the Phoenix metro area.
- Undergo on-the-job training to gain licensure and certification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong desire to learn and work with your hands.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and heights.
- Willingness to obtain required trade licenses within a set timeframe.
